For my actual film I will not be able to use a celebrity or established model as I obviously do not have the funds, but there are few who I feel would fit in well as the Diorissimo face.
Actresses
Emilia Clarke
Starring in Game of thrones, Emilia Clarke is a great fit with the neo-tolkeinism trend happening at the moment. People are going mad for Game of thrones in particular, and using her as the face of Diorissimo could help to attract a new following of people. I think that She makes a good diorissimo woman as she is a striking natural beauty, who is endearing, but also the character that she plays in Game of Thrones is an independent, confident and courageous woman. She's not too young that older women would be put off, but she is someone who young girls can look up to.
Lily Collins
Another actress is Lily Colins. Dior works a lot with actresses e.g Marion Cotillard and Natalie Portman etc. so it would be good to feature a new up and coming young actress. One of her roles was for the film 'Mirror Mirror' starring Julia Roberts, in which Colins played Snow White. She has a face which works well to create a fairytale like look with her pale flawless complexion and dark features, she looks youthful and vibrant.
Emma Watson
Starring in the Harry potter films, Emma Watson is widely known around the world. She has a strong fan base and again being an actress, she could attract different following of people to the product, such as those interested in film. She is someone who has been recently wearing a lot of Dior garments to events and red carpets showing to be a supporter of the brand. Being young, clever, talented and eloquent she would create a positive image for the brand, but also fits in well with the elegance that Dior embodies. Also with Dior originating from Paris it is good to feature someone with a connection to France, and Emma Watson was actually born in Paris.
